We will discuss: - The first 24 hours of breastfeeding and what to except in hospital vs. home births - How to latch your baby and breastfeeding positions - Common breastfeeding difficulties (including mastitis, tongue ties, and more!) - How to tell if your baby is getting enough milk and read your baby's hunger cues - Milk storage guidelines We can’t wait to meet you mama & support you on your breastfeeding journey! Come with questions - this class is casual and all about your needs. We will have time to chat throughout the class and/or at the end!
