Finishing up a townhouse. Punch list tasks and painting. Not looking for subs. Need a couple people who can legitimately paint and fix any dings and dents that popped up during the rest of the work. Slightly less white paint against a white ceiling and trim. If you are clean, show up on time, can get the job done quickly, and know how to repair or fix any finishing issues that you come across, I am happy. Plenty of projects already on the books, not looking for day help, want people who actually want a job, not beer money for the night. Reply to this email with your contact info and what you have experience in. General punch list stuff so I can concentrate on tying up the carpentry stuff in kitchen and bath.
