Our first member meeting for 2023 returns with NI (National Instruments) as our host location. NI hosts from ASQ Austin will be in the lobby to provide after-hours access into the building. The speaker's presentation is about the utility's quality center of excellence SPARQ (Synergy, Performance, Analysis, Readiness & Quality.) SPARQ will serve as a resource for the utility to get resources related to quality training, culture and outreach.
