Bring a Yoga mat if you have one. We use resistance bands, gliders and other equipment that will be provided. Exercises are functional, and we pay a lot of attention to mobility & flexibility! And at the end of class we practice mental health with meditation & relaxation.
Simker not only offers just weekly classes but also supports you in your health & fitness & wellness journey.
