Join us for a 5K trail run before you hit the Polar Plunge. Enjoy a beautiful run and receive a commemorative finishers medal at the finish line. Participants are encouraged to dress in costume! This event is part of the Greater Sacramento 5K and Polar Plunge event. All funds raised from the runs and Plunge support the sports, health and educational programs that children and adults with intellectual disabilities enjoy for free.
