An intensive, two-day review course that will prepare the emergency nurse candidate to successfully challenge and pass the Board Certification for Emergency Nurse exam. This course provides interactive didactic lectures with practice questions, graphics and videos to provide the candidate with a solid foundation for study materials pertinent to the CEN ® exam. This course is a review of ED nursing designed to assist the participant in successfully obtaining CEN® certification. About the Speaker:Eric Christensen BSN, RN, CEN, CPEN, FAEN Eric has been a nurse since 1996. During this time he has worked on the East Coast as an ED and ICU nurse, as well as 10 years of prehospital care. Since 2000, he has worked as both a Department Educator and staff nurse in the ED at Denver Health Medical Center. A Level I Trauma Center in Denver, CO. In addition to this, he currently owns his own legal consulting and education business where he teaches throughout the Midwest. Eric is very active within the Emergency Nurses Association and he has served as the President of the Colorado ENA as well as the chair of the COENA Trauma and Pediatrics committee. He has been a content reviewer and exam contributor for the National ENA’s TNCC and ENPC courses and he has also contributed to the ENA CEN review manual.
