Yoga Flow with Lisa Mo presents a yoga experience for children ages 3 to 8 and their grownups at the Tree of Life Shoppe, Saturday, April 29 at 11 am. Together we'll enjoy a story, craft, and yoga! Cost is $25 for each adult and one child, with each additional child $10. A limited number of yoga mats will be available to be loaned out of a first come, first served basis, but please bring your own if you are able. Please dress comfortably for movement, bring a drink, and arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and set up your space.
