Looking for contractor complete work orders in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. (Preferably contractors with prior experience in property preservation) You also must have the following: -Able to submit and pass background check. -Valid driver’s license with auto insurance -General liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance (preferred) -Must be able to use Pruvan app (or willing to learn) -Must be able to utilize email -Must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision -Must be willing to work at least 5 days a week, preferably Most work orders include lock changes, trash-outs, maid services, initial cleaning, board ups, grass-cuts, evictions, etc.
