We are looking for a skilled sales and customer service associate who will also do cashier duties. You will be working in a fast paced work environment with opportunities to grow. Our ideal candidate is people friendly, smart, and pays great attention to detail. They are interested in the job and work with focus. Our ideal candidate must be interested in learning and understanding vehicles parts and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They must also be good communicators to collaborate with management. The must have a get-it-done attitude because the more parts we sell, the more opportunities for the company and employees to grow. Shipping / Warehouse Responsibilities: -Packing and Preparing Parts for Shipment -Work with In Store Customers to deliver -Resolve customer complaints and handle returns -Delivery Parts using company Truck -Processing Customer orders on computer -Processing Shipping -Walk in the warehouse or yard area to view parts, take pictures or show parts to customers -Pull parts from warehouse -Organize Warehouse You will also be helping with other related tasks: Office Responsibilities: -Assist Manager with pricing vehicle parts -Assist Manager in filing paper works -Processing vehicle related documents You may also be helping the team out with delivering parts, etc. Requirements: -1 year work experience in a customer service or sales position (preferred) -1 year automotive experience or related (preferred) -1 year work experience in an office or warehouse environment (preferred) -Being a quick learner -Excellent with Computers -Customer friendly and engaging -Focused individual that can complete tasks on their own with limited supervision Work Environment -Primarily in Warehouse/yard (80% of your time) -Delivery (20% of your time) Application Process There are 2 ways to apply for this job.
