Hello fellow musicians! I'm looking to join a band or form one and get to learning each others genres/styles to then make some dope original music together. Im 28 and looking for people of a similar age range (25-30ish). I play guitar and sing mostly but also play keys and bass. Hard to narrow down influences as I love many genres but basically anything except country and rap. I like the idea of having a signature sound but dabbling in many genres. Pop, rock, funk, soul, electronic, and psychedelic are my faves! Influences: Beach House, Gorillaz, Muse, Elton John, Smashing Pumpkins, Rush, Durand Jones and the Indications, Foster the People, Turnstile, Coast Modern, Earth Wind and Fire, Griz, Empire of the Sun, Beach Boys, Pink Floyd, Tame Impala, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Miami Horror, Portugal the Man, The 1975, Green Day, Lizzo, Rebelution, Anderson Paak... there's always more but thats a start.
