Guitar, Bass and Drums Looking to Add 4th Guitar

We are looking to add a 4th member to the mix. A rhythm guitar player that can sing at least a handful of songs and can preferably add harmonies but its not a must on the harmonies. We have been rehearsing for a while and play Current country, Classic country, Southern rock and blues. We are older guys, so we would prefer someone in our age group or close to our age group. We are not looking for front man just someone who wants to have fun, play some good music and someone who can bring something to the table. You don't have to be a monster guitar player, however you must be able to play and play well. Not looking for a lead player but if you can play some lead that's cool. We have been playing for several years and are all professionals and have pro gear and pro attitudes... You must be willing to commit to the project and are willing to put the time in to rehearse and learn the material. We don't want to rehearse every weekend or turn this into a job. Just have some fun, play out at least once a month and make a few bucks. Please no attitudes, egos, drugs, drunks or pot heads.....
