Need a hand extracting broken bolt from motorcycle

I need a hand extracting a broken bolt in my motorcycle along with installing some aftermarket mirrors. I have a drill, some left handed drill bits, and a small screw extractor kit. Long story short the bolt broke off when I was taking my aftermarket mirror out and Ive tried the best of my ability with all the tools that was recommended to me and it still won't come out. It is just 1 bolt that is broken into the handlebar. Need help asap thanks.
