Looking for a Full time Maintenance manager for our 2 Mobile Home Communities located in the Worth area a short distance from each other. The daily scope of work includes keeping up the cleanliness of the parks, and maintaining the overall appearance of parks. Doing lite rehabs of homes including painting, flooring, simple plumbing etc, and snow plowing as needed. Desired but not required any past mobile home maintenance experience, any plumbing or water well experience also not required but welcomed.
