Atlanta Porter Services is looking for a part time trash porter to maintain a specific property in Acworth. This property requires cleaning four days a week and will typically take about an hour to clean each time. Atlanta Porter Services provides exterior property maintenance for properties in the Atlanta area and is seeking a trash porter to maintain a route of properties within the portfolio. These properties require a certain level of attention and the perfect candidate will have great attention to detail as well as excellent reliability. Duties/Responsibilities include: *Walk entire property, Litter pickup on sidewalks and parking lot, landscape areas and service areas to remove trash and debris. *Change trash can liners, wipe down lids. *Wipe down common area windowsill or mullions (once a week or as needed) *Wipe down common area benches and tables *Blow sidewalks *Reporting of any illegal dumping or property concerns to property management. (Be the eyes and ears for property management) Required Skills/Abilities: *Own a reliable vehicle *Possess a current and valid drivers license *Ability to learn quickly *Friendly and professional - able to deal with tenants when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, walking, frequently lifting, pulling, pushing, and bending.
