I am a small commercial tenant finish contractor.
I have a client / tenant in a commercial office building where we installed a sink in a cabinet. Due to timing and budget restraints we installed an ejection pump for the drain. Big Mistake…
Well, we have had constant problems with the ejection pump and now the owner / client would like to install a traditional gravity drain.
I have already x-rayed the floor (GPR) and core drilled the concrete on 3rd floor and there is now a nice clean 3” hole in the floor going to ceiling of second floor.
I need a professional commercial plumber to furnish and install the 2” drain pipe and make the appropriate connections at both the sink/p-trap as well as tie into the existing drain and vent pipes on second floor. (Black ABS pipe is fine.) (We will need a studor vent at sink location etc.)
This is a ‘Twin-T’ office building with concrete floors and ceilings so we will need to hang the pipe above an existing drop ceiling. Run from sink location to plumbing below is like 50 to 60 linear feet.
This work is to be done after 4PM during the week, or on weekends as both the 2nd and 3rd floor spaces are occupied office spaces during normal business hours.
Please let me know if you are available to take a look.
