Job Description Case Manager Ranch WORK SCHEDULE: Part Time No more than 20 hours weekly POSITION PURPOSE: Oversee and manage the Ranch Treatment Program. This is a part time position that could become full time with an agreed upon salary. QUALIFICATIONS:. A qualified professional having a master's degree in social work, psychology, or child development from a regionally accredited college or university. Prefer a substance abuse and counseling certification and/or license MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a major in behavioral science, human services or related fields, and three years’ experience in working with children, and for whom there is an effective arrangement for consultation from a qualified professional as described above. The qualified professional, as specified in Section 7.705.46, A, may be a full-time or part-time employee of The Ranch, a staff member of a recognized agency, or an individual with which The Ranch has a contract to provide the necessary services and/or consultation
