Salary Project Manager for Janitorial Services Full Job Description We are a leading services company searching for a Full-time Project Manager with leadership experience in Hutchinson, MN. Primary Responsibilities : Supervise and manage a janitorial staff and address all customer needs in an accurate and timely manner. Building customer relationship and meeting customer expectations Proactively schedules and plans workloads to ensure the proficient execution of specified tasks at the approved frequencies. Manages quality, addresses and rectifies complaints, and ensures acknowledgment of compliments with the appropriate staff members. Ensure a clean and safe work environment through inspection, coaching teaching and training of staff. Functions as the 'Front Line' of the recruitment and hiring process Actively involved in any employee disciplinary action Identifies future opportunities for the Custodial effort to positively impact outcomes for the client. Coordinates all Floor Care, Special Projects and Events activity involving Custodial Staff On call 24 hours, 7 days a week as needed to manage the account Qualifications/Requirements for the Position : Minimum of 4 years of Supervisory experience, preferably in Janitorial and/or building maintenance Knowledge of stripping and waxing floors and operating and maintaining janitorial equipment is a plus Must have excellent communications skills Excellent problem solving capabilities Excellent organizational skills Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record for last 3 years Must pass criminal background check, drug screen and other pre-employment training requirements as needed Compensation: Salary compensation of $40,000 per year Quarterly Bonus eligibility $100,000 company paid Life and AD&D policy Major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Company Cell Phone Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Paid Sick days Please apply with your resume for consideration.
