Wanting to start a punk band

Guitarist here wanting to find some people who would want to try and start a punk band. As far as sound, I like all types of stuff but I’m really looking to start something like no use for a name, nofx, propagandhi, the flatliners, pennywise, lagwagon, with melodic guitar riffs, catchy vocals, and a solid drummer. I’m in my early 30s, and while age doesn’t matter to me, it would be helpful to at least be 21 in case we start playing shows. Generally pretty chill and just looking for like-minded musicians. Alcohol is cool in moderation, 420 friendly.
