Black and white Shih Tzu was running down the middle of Superior Street near 44th St. this morning at 9 AM. I could not catch it so called animal control. They could not catch it but they are headed there now at 4:30 PM today as multiple people have called in and are trying to contain it. Please pass this information on to help save the little guy who is scared and running. It needs its owner to call it to be caught or I am afraid it will get hit by a car. Thanks.
