Focus Group on Medical Conditions in Chicago

We are hosting an upcoming Multi-part Study for Chicagoland Residents about Medical Conditions. We will pay $225 for participating in Part 1: In-Facility Product Pickup in Lincolnwood (Chicago suburb) on 2/1-2/3 + an additional $150 if selected for Part 2 on 2/15 or 2/16 11:30AM CT or 2PM CT. Not all will be selected for Part 2 but must be available for both parts in order to be scheduled.
