Need a studio space asap

Hi! I am a screen printer and in need of a new studio space to work out of. Maybe you are a building owner with an open studio, or an artist that is potentially looking to share a space with someone to cut down cost - either way I’d like to talk about it. With all of the equipment I have, I need about 500 sq ft of space, with access to a water line in the studio, both 120v and 220v electricity, and the closer to Logan Square, the better.
