Summary -Looking for a self-motivated and reliable individuals to join our team -Job operations include shoveling, running snow blowers and salt spreaders -Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available -We service the Duluth/Superior region Requirements and Qualifications -Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and able to pass DOT physical -Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds, bend, lift, stand for extended periods, and have appropriate attire to work in cold elements -Any prior experience in snow removal would be helpful, but not required -Any construction/carpentry skills would be helpful as well, also not required -Conduct yourself in a professional manner Perks -Position pays $20-30 based on experience, availability, and ability to drive company vehicles. -$1,500 SIGN-ON bonus paid out May 1st of 2023. *Must stay all snow season and show up for your shifts to be eligible for bonus.* -IRA Retirement Account, 3% company match to long-term employees. -If you're a good fit for our team we do year-round work so there's room to grow within our company.
