As our Assistant Director of Facility Services at Trinity Terrace, you’ll be responsible for all emergency preparedness, planning and response for our community. You'll be responsible for all emergency management for our community and liaison with internal and external groups to create a safe environment and prepared residents/employees. Under the direction of the Facility Services Director, you will develop and lead emergency management committees, maintain documentation, ensure regulatory requirements are followed, coordinate and conduct drills, and coordinate/train with our first responder groups. We’re focused on setting you up for success – 5 years of proven experience in emergency management response, recovery, preparedness and planning (especially in high-rise buildings) will allow you to manage what really matters – providing top tier service to both our residents and our team. Additional knowledge as the result of a college degree or certificate in emergency management coordination is always a plus! Schedule: typically Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Wages: $70,000 - $80,000 / yr Depending on Experience. What you'll do: Review and analyze existing emergency preparedness and evacuation plans; make recommendations for modifications to improve safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of plans. Identify various potential hazards and risks that may arise in the event of an emergency; develop plans to mitigate or manage those risks. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate safety and evacuation meetings and drills as required. Develop, distribute, and maintain emergency communication protocols and documentation. Ensure that relevant policies and procedures are current and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
