Free 8 month old Petite Cat

Female cat is small and will not grow to full size, she is petite. She is not a lap cat and will not be so affectionate towards people (unless she is in heat, in which she is super clingy). She can be handled in every type of way and act almost like a 'rag doll' when held, she will not ever scratch or bite. She's about 8 months old or so and is not vaccinated or fixed. She comes from a clean home and has no fleas or ear mites. Teenage daughter just isn't responsible enough for this cat and I would rather re-home her at this point.
