Description
Meet this fetching superstar! She is 2 years old and a yellow Labrador retriever. She is not spayed, but she is up to date in all vaccines (until 5/24/23, 12/20/24 for rabies)!! She’s great with other dogs of all sizes as long as they love to roughhouse! She’s not recommended to live with prey animals such as chickens unless you have them very securely obtained as she has a high prey drive. She’s great with kids, especially those who are dog savvy. She is still very much puppy like energy and can be rambunctious, so wouldn’t recommend her in a home with young children such as 5 or younger. She can be iffy with cats who like to run around a lot as she likes to chase. If your cat mainly lounges, you will be okay. She has yet to meet a stranger and when you get to meet her, she will seriously do anything and make weird noises to get loving from you. She knows many commands though such as stay, down, come, sit, paw, other paw, kiss, load up, kennel up, and probably a lot more. She is kennel trained but can be weird with the car sometimes. She does NOT get car sick but sometimes she cries unless you run her first then she’s perfect quiet. Sometimes we give her an anxiety med if we have to go somewhere quick and don’t have enough time to exercise her but she doesn’t take them regularly at all as she is a very confident dog outside the car. She would make a great companion, sport prospect, and hiking pal!! She does have allergies to poultry ( besides turkey and duck) and she doesn’t like lamb flavor all too much but other than that she’s golden. We are rehoming her because of a few altercations we’ve had with pets who we’ve had before this girl. She’s a great dog, but she was the last to come. The older dog doesn’t care much for her and has tried starting problems and then the cat while also nearing seniority, she is still very active and likes to be skitzy so this lab thinks it’s okay to stalk and chase. It’s genetic really. She’s been through professional training and comes with a ton of supplies too. We’d like to find her a new home as soon as possible. She is kenneled train and does well! She has a rehoming fee
