Job Title: Apartment Groundskeeper Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay Rate: $14-$16/hr Job Duties: We are looking for groundskeepers to begin working at apartment complexes ASAP! Positions are currently available!!! We are seeking hard-working individuals who take pride in their work. Our best and most successful team members are: Reliable, Trustworthy, and Punctual with a CAN DO/WILL DO Attitude! OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has work experience in property groundskeeping, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles. Has excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, and takes great pride in the quality of their work. Must have a passion for customer service! Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Job duties include but are not limited to: 1. General cleaning (mopping, dusting, etc.,) 2. General sweeping 3. Provide basic janitorial duties including but not limited to ensuring bathroom cleanliness and trash pick-up throughout the property 4. Maintaining curb appeal (curbs, parking lots and sidewalks included); 5. Maintain cleanliness of Streets, Pool, Laundry Rooms, and Play area; 6.
