Description
Car dealership looking for someone Bilingual (Spanish is a MUST) to manage office, will also be responsible for some administrative duties such as:
-Shopping parts and finding best prices available
-Minimal Filing
-Organizing paper work daily
-Managing constant flow of work orders in office
-Constant communication with Management
-Must be comfortable speaking to customers over the phone to provide updates and proper notating of conversations
-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
-Previous customer service is a must
Other duties as assigned. Candidate must also be computer literate.

-Must be able to work full time 9AM to 7PM including every other Saturday
