We are currently hiring and seeking APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS looking to join the workforce again! We have immediate opportunities at various apartment communities throughout Charlotte and the surrounding areas for Maintenance Techs! The property management industry is growing and we need you to assist us in getting these homes ready. Plus NO WEEKENDS OR ON CALL. Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm Pay Rate: $17 - $18/hr - PAID WEEKLY Job Duties: Will be responsible for make-readies, turns and work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, appliance repair, and various maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds at our communities. Excellent customer service experience is required. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. REQUIREMENTS: · GREAT communication and teamwork. · Basic hand tools and drill · HVAC repair and preventative maintenance certification is a plus but not required. Great Customer Service is REQUIRED!
