Property Management Company looking for reliable subcontractors to complete Preservation work in the following counties: - Windsor County - Windham County - Rutland County - Bennington County The ideal sub-contractor would be capable of completing all facets of Preservation. This would include, but not be limited to, the following: - Initial Securing - Recurring Landscape/Yard Maintenance - Snow Removal - Window/Door Repairs/Replacements - Roofing and Siding Repairs/Replacements - Winterizations - Debris Removal - Remediation Must have: - Required Insurances: General Liability, Workers Comp, Errors & Omissions (E&O - If you are able to obtain this) - Equipment to effectively complete the work - Smart phone and computer - Able to submit and pass an Aspen Grove Background Check (we will process if you do not have). - Required State Licenses (when applicable) Photographs will be required on each property and work must be able to be completed by the due dates provided. We are looking to bring sub-contractors on immediately! We pay out weekly for all orders completed and made Ready for Office within that pay week. Payments are made through Direct Deposit.
