Long list of projects across multiple properties, some minor, some major. I will always direct pay suppliers for all material/supplies. Cannot work with companies/service providers. The only things I seek from you are labor and knowledge/skill. Below are just some examples of what's on my list currently. Open to folks looking for side projects, and/or part or full-time work that pays cash. I work off either hourly rates or day rates for 8 or 10 hours. NOTHING is ever by the project as project scopes can change when problems occur. Your message must include your skills, availability, and a cash rate either hourly or daily. Plumbing: New and Existing work with PEX plumbing / PEX Manifolds Replace tank with tankless hot water (electric). Swap existing electric tankless hot water unit with new same model. Electrical: Swap outlets/switches/receptacles Install new outlets (in and outdoors) Exterior: Siding/facia repairs Stucco repairs Seal/Paint Block walls (10ft wide, 4-5ft high, not for load) Screen enclosures - replace screens, install new posts/extensions Tile flooring Tile shower Bathroom remodels from minor vanity/toilet changes to full drywall removal and replace. Replace kitchen cabinets, sinks, dishwashers ALWAYS have landscaping, lock changes, very minor low skill requirements.
