Rehoming cute small dog

Looking to re-home my 2 year old dog. I cannot keep him any longer due to not being successful potty training for too long, as I'm busy with 3 small children. 100 rehoming fee. Good with kids, 4 3 and 1. Basically lays around all day. Will need to be ok with him sleeping near by, he will bark if he can't get close enough.
