We are looking for independent Vendors with experience in the Property Preservation services, such as but not limited to lawn maintenance, interior & exterior repair, trash out, roof repair, and recurring services, to manage vacant/foreclosed properties for Banks. Along with single-family rentals, we also work on REHAB and renovations.

Payment:
We pay every 7 day
Most of our vendors are making $5,000 – $20,000 per month.
You must have the following:
> able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check (Optional- necessary for REHAB and Remodeling).
> valid driver's license with auto insurance.
> general liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance. (Optional for recurring service providers).
> must be able to utilize email.
> must have the proper equipment and HUD-coded locks to perform preservation work.
> must be able to complete basic preservation services.
> must understand that photographing and documentation of work is very crucial.
> must be able to provide estimates for any damages to the property.
> must be detailed oriented & follow work order instructions.
> contractors must understand the HUD guidelines.
> turnaround time is 48-72 hours.
> must have excellent communication skills.
> PPW users with experience are desired.
