Singer, rhythm guitarist looking for whatever

I like to sing with a grungy sort of voice. Kind of like a wannabe Chris Cornell without the range. I like everything from Hank Williams to Frank Sinatra to Elvis to Pantera, to Soundgarden and just keep on going. But right now, I’m mostly into heavier stuff (not quite metal though). Looking for a band or just another guitarist or bass player to form a duo.
