Coastal Custom Construction LLC, is a licensed General Contracting Co. specializing in Finished Carpentry. We are looking to add to our team with like minded craftsman, that are positive on the job site, reliable, and deliver a 5 star service to our customers. 2 Positions Available Full-Time Lead Carpenter - Pay $18-$33 Full-Time Carpenters Helper (willing to train)- Pay $14-$18 We mostly do residential work and some commercial. Immediate openings for right candidates, 2 openings for lead carpenter and helper, 1st shift, 5 days a week, pay based off experience. Reliable transportation and showing up to work a must. Knowledge of other construction trades a big plus. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Using small hand tools, prepping, and cleaning job sites daily. Assisting other coworkers. Loading and unloading of equipment. Interacting with subcontractors to provide required assistance on construction activities. Ensuring that all work is being performed per contract documents, specifications, and provisions. Ensuring that all OSHA and company safety requirements are implemented and used properly. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Required Qualifications for Lead Carpenter: Must have a minimum of 3 years carpentry/woodworking construction experience. Must be able to communicate with others to convey information effectively. Have own truck and tools a plus. Must demonstrate attention to details in woodworking. Must be knowledgeable of safety procedures and practices. Must be able to work in a team environment. Local candidates strongly preferred. Framing and Finish Carpentry Experience.
