QA Supervisor / HR Sourcing $25 - $30

Description

We are looking for someone that has experience in staffing the department (partnering on interviewing, hiring, performance management, coaching and firing), training for the department and company, internal and external audits, and identify QA issues that would be brought up to her supervisor or other upper management. We really want someone with solid experience, especially in people/HR area. We STRONGLY prefer someone that is bilingual. The person has to have prior QA lab experience in food manufacturing. The person must also have prior supervisor experience. We prefer 2 years of experience in both requirements. We are looking to pay between $25 to $30 per hour. This is a temp-to-perm position.
