Large Wall Demo + Front Desk Buildout

I am looking for someone who has experience with commercial demo work. We are a gym in Newton, NJ looking to have a large wall taken down to 5ft high. The dimension of the wall is 18' W x 17' H. In addition, we are looking to demo our old front desk area. The dimension of the front desk is 18'L x 3'W. The big demo wall will be left about 5ft high and this will become our new front desk. We will need the front desk wall capped off with a counter top. **Area needs to be tarped off during demo because people will be working out** We will have all electric removed so that the wall and front desk will be ready for demo.
