The job is power washing the house, roof and deck. - Scraping, priming and adding 1-2 coats of exterior paint to house - Scraping, priming and painting the front and back decks - Priming and painting the well house (if salvageable) - Labor bid ONLY, please. - A contract will be signed and payments issued to you on time as agreed The job should not take longer than 3 days and must be expertly done. NO unskilled NO drinking NO smoking at or around the house (in the driveway ok) I represent groups of investors looking to get their projects completed.
