Upgrade Pool Equipment - HELP

I want to hire somebody to redo my pool equipment to professional standards. I’m not a pool guy, but there seem to be wrong-sized pipes, lots of ninety-degree turns, nasty seals, a leak, and labels falling off, and it just looks like crap. In addition, Suburban Propane said there is a leak, so I haven’t turned my spa on for a year. Looking for somebody to fix it, including the propane leak. Please let me know if interested, ideally with a quote or a rough quote. Bonus points if you can build a good-looking enclosure (example photo below).
