We will be supplying the major materials for this job... so its basically a labor only and clean-up bid. We are looking for a contractor who has the experience and crew to do this job. If you are interested, you must tell us about yourself and your crew as far as experience is concerned, and we will need complete contact information. We will be doing an almost complete replacement and overhaul of the entire interior of the house. Once we are convinced that you have what it takes, we will send you a complete list of what we want done, and we will make arrangements for you to get inside the house for your inspection so you can give us a complete bid for the entire job, understanding that it mainly a labor only bid.
