PART-TIME MAINTENANCE JOB DESCRIPTION The Maintenance position is part-time for days, nights, weekends, and holiday shifts. JOB DESCRIPTION ● Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. ● Cleaning office bathrooms and office flooring, occasionally buffing floors, dry mopping laminate floors etc. ● Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of areas such as parking lots. entrance steps and other outside areas. ● Sweeping sidewalks, raking leaves, etc. ● Trash Disposal ● Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, etc. ● Ability to climb a ladder. ● Complete all necessary setup, breakdown, side work, opening, and closing duties as assigned. ● Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, doors, etc. ● Assist Food Pantry Staff with food deliveries, and clean up the onsite free community refrigerator as needed. ● Report facilities or maintenance issues immediately to MaintenanceManager ● Any other related tasks assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS ● Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations. ● 1-2 years of maintenance experience. ● Follow uniform and grooming specifications. ● Able to multitask and have excellent communication skills.
