In this hands-on INTERMEDIATE macrame class you'll be working with high quality recycled cotton rope and learn commonly used macrame knots to create a beautiful piece of fiber art you'll enjoy for years to come. Prior experience needed, please read all the way to the end and be sure you meet the criteria before registering. ***Please note this class is subject to cancellation if the minimum participant requirement is not met*** Our Fiber Artist & Instructor Janel will provide group instruction as well as one on one guidance (as needed) so you leave with a complete project along with a sense of accomplishment and the desire to continue creating at home! Your ticket gets you knowledge, experience and a massive piece of fiber art that you make yourself. Space is limited to just 10 spots, so get your tickets today! Open to participants 16+. Please support this business while we enjoy their space. Order a beer or cocktail, they make the perfect fuel for crafting!! Options for non-alcohol drinkers also available! Plan to arrive a few minutes early to find the space and settle in, we will be getting knotty in the back private area of the restaurant. About halfway through class we will take a break to order food and refuel. ALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED AT CLASS. Your project will be made of 4mm natural color rope and there will be driftwood pieces as well as wood beads available to choose from when you arrive. This wall hanging measures approximating 20-24 inches wide and length will vary based on how you choose to cut your project. Exact width may vary as well since we are using natural driftwood and no two pieces are the same. This is a substantial wall hanging that you will be proud to create and display in your space! This is an intermediate class! Please only register for this class if you meet the below criteria. If you do not meet the below criteria please check out my other beginner-friendly events. Have attended 2+ Red Earth Knots workshops.Can proficiently create the Lark's Head Knot and Square Knot without any guidance or direction.Are ready for this marathon project!
