4yr old Female Shitzu to be Rehomed

I am rehoming my 4 year old Shitzu. She is a GREAT baby but my allergies can no longer take pet hair. I rescued her from her 1st owner when she was less than a year old. She loves attention and is surely a lap baby. She is 21 pounds and is on a Grain Free food. She has allergies and is on a flea and tick prevention pill because she is allergic to flea bites. She is very smart and loves to eat ice. I hate to have to rehome her but my allergies flare constantly. She is very well taken care of and up to date on all vaccines. She is groomed regularly and does well with the Groomers. There will be a small rehome fee to ensure that she goes to a great home.
