Community Health Conversation: Children and their Families

Description

Children and their families experience barriers to health when navigating the healthcare and social care system in our region. In order to better understand disparities that affect this population, and subpopulations of families, we will explore trends and begin to prioritize need. Each participant will have equal opportunity to share their direct experience and/or work with children to inform future priorities and access existing resources. Community partners attending are encouraged to bring materials related to their work with families to offer direct assistance and share during networking opportunities. Community partners are encouraged to invite families to attend and participate. Community partners are encouraged to share this opportunity with other organizations and colleagues.
