Well established Roofing company is looking for a competent and energetic Assistant project manager. Ideal candidate has prior experience in roofing/construction. You are strongly encouraged to apply if: you are looking for new start AND/OR have some kind of experience in construction AND/OR would like to learn roofing industry AND/OR looking for carrer in roofing industry A PLUS: - Roofing industry experience A MUST: - Authorized to work in USA - Good verbal skills, Spanish & English - Perfect driving record - Should be able and willing to lift/load/unload building materials occasionally - Positive attitude - After training, should be able and willing to work independently with little to no supervision, communicate with customer and office about project progress - Should have outstanding customer service skills - Be a team player, as well as maintain professional relationships outside of the company - supply houses, inspectors etc. Responsibilities and duties include (but not limited): - Report directly to Project manager and run the project from start to finish - Site inspections before and after project - Occasionally - estimate inspections - Efficiently communicate with your customer before project starts, as well as during and after it finished - Materials pick up from supply stores and delivery to job sites (occasionally) Position is available immediately, but we will wait a week or two for the right candidate to start. This is full time Monday through Friday position. Salary will depend on your experience and to be discussed at the interview.
