As an official student organization of McNeese State University, Cowboy Catholics exist to serve the McNeese campus and student body. The ministry currently serves about 300 students per week with 17 active student-led Bible studies, 40 student leaders involved with the Reach More evangelization team, week-day mass participation, mission trips and several retreats throughout the year. The 2023 Crawfish Boil and Auction is our MAJOR fundraiser to support Catholic campus ministry at McNeese State University. The money raised at the event is used to fulfill the Cowboy Catholic misoion of forming lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ. The event will be held at the McNeese Alumni Grove and Pavilion on May 6th, 2023 from 5:30-8:30p.m. Tickets are $55 and include 5lbs of crawfish, corn, potatoes, crawfish dip, two soft drinks or beers, and a koozie! There will be LIVE music and and all kinds of FAMILY FUN for all ages!
