Saturday, February 11, eMbers Venue is dedicated to a Valentine’s night for lovers, friends, and family to share an intimate experience of food, drink, and fun. French Inspired Four Course Meal: Dinner will be starting with a hors d'oeuvre of Crab Stuffed Mushrooms paired with Prosciutto and Olives. Followed by your choice of French Onion Soup OR French Farmhouse Garden Salad served with a house made vinaigrette. For the entrée, you will receive a duet plate of Coq au vin French dish of chicken braised with red wine and mushrooms paired with Heart Shaped Lobster Ravioli cooked in creamy house made sauce with Haricots Verts Almondine and a toasted French Baguette. To close the meal, you will be served an option of Lavender Infused Crème Brûlée OR a Lemon Drop Cheesecake. Dinner includes bottomless wine and champagne.
