FREE COMMUNITY HEALTH TALK Theme: Health and Healing Did you make that health resolution for 2023? If by chance you are still holding to your resolution in March ---GREAT JOB. However, for some of us we might need another pep talk. This Health Talk will serve as a great outreach tool to provide accurate information about health issues and trigger behavior change in all of us. We have assembled a dynamic panel of local health care professionals that will focus on topics that aren’t typically in the spotlight. This day will shed light on how to better take care of ourselves in the days ahead.
