Welcome to the All American Games! This competition is being hosted by I-FIT Fayetteville and Freedom Christian Academy. The purpose of this competition is to raise funds to purchase new equipment for the weight room in Freedom Christian Academy. We will have multiple age group divisions - Kids' 5+ Fun run - 10-13 year old's - 14-18 years old - Adult 19+ ------------------------------------------------------------- Age Group Divisions: Early bird registration: Jan 1st-29th-$39 Jan30th- Feb11th- $59 Kids Fun Run: Early bird registration: Jan 1st-29th- $35 Jan30th- Feb11th- $40 All fun run participants will receive a medal upon completion Registration after the 11th will not guarantee a shirt or a medal. This competition is open to all skill levels! --------------------------------------------------------------- Movement standards and expectations: - Be able to run/ Jog for 2 minutes without stopping - Lift a medicine ball to shoulder height: Men: 40lbs Women: 30lbs Teens: 20lbs Kids: 10lbs - Hang from a pull-up bar for 10sec Farmers carry: Kids 15lbs Teens: 25lbs Women 35lbs Men 50lbs - Tire flips - Box jump/get over - Sled push/pull
