Afraid of heights, do not apply Minimum Qualifications: - Valid Driver’s License and Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) - Desire to climb up, in, out of things - Ability to read and write English - Basic computer and smart phone knowledge If you have these qualifications, we can pay you more. If you can learn them on the job, we will pay you more! ~ CPR/First Aid (to include AED) certification ~ Experience with site safety programs ~ Front End Loader operation experience ~ Forklift operation experience ~ Conveyor systems ~ Demonstrated ability to unload liquid, and dry bulk rail cars ~ Liquid or dry terminal operations experience ~ Truck and rail loading/unloading experience ~ Equipment maintenance experience ~ Knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of applications Decision Making: This position will take overall direction from the Regional Plant Manager and will be responsible to provide self-direction to execute daily plant operations in a safe and efficient manner. Complexity: This position will regularly have to problem solve how to clean rail cars, troubleshooting the best equipment/tools to use, while working in a safe and productive manner. The ability to creatively troubleshoot and repair unexpected equipment breakdowns to safely continue operations with as little disruption is highly valued. Time management skills are of great importance to consistently hit benchmarks and goals while completing unplanned or unscheduled duties in a productive and professional manner.
