Includes Beverage and lunch, glue, markers, a downloadable workbook, and downloadable visualizations. The process includes conscious visualization, Yes-ercises ( the power of saying yes in an exercise)in keeping your focus, establishing your presence and realizing what blocks may get in the way of visioning your dreams.
